That tough guy with the english or australian accent is an excellent actor, he's been in a lot of stuff, he immediately takes you into suspension of disbelief and jose rosett is a kick-A actor, I mean the quiroz bros movies are excellent i don't know why so many people dog them down, they seem real and have cohesion, etc.

The scoring in this here movie was another problem, there was just too much "try to hard" stuff going on that didn't work and you slip right out of that "suspension of disbelief" and it looks like someone trying to make a movie, not a story you just get sucked into, like that club, that was so corny and canned looking, and the main hitman dude Too me this movie is an excellent study of how not to achieve what you're trying to in fimmaking, I couldn't even finish it at all, but it would be good to watch it as a study if you're into filmmaking.

Sometimes stuff just doesn't come across as you planned in filmmaking and there's a lot of links in the chain, so it's pretty hard to achieve a kick-A movie.

One person found this helpful. Ok, so the ending How did the bad guy manage to fool all those people if he wasn't actually Vinnie J?

Wouldn't they have recognized him if he's so infamous in those circles? I could go for it if the bad guy spoke from behind a screen or in some form of disguise but at the end Vinnie is his alter ego sort of thing so what precedes that final reveal makes no sense to me in that nobody knew it was him all along with those face to face meetings setting things up.

Or is it just me and I missed something? I agree with Meg's review. The movie had me well engaged with its unique approach, at least from my experience, to storytelling.

The acting, while not academy award worthy, was decent enough not to detract from the story. I thought the plot was intricate enough to keep me invested in the outcome.

Then came the ending which was simply cheap and stupid.
